Sugar Cookie (Brooke's recipe)

Ingredients

1 C sugar
1/2 C butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 C sour cream
3 1/4 C flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Cream sugar and butter.  Add egg and vanilla and sour cream.
Whisk the flour, salt and soda then add to wet ingredients.
375 for 10 mins
