Fresh Herb Marinade

Add to fish or chicken

Put Into a Large Ziplock Bag

3 crushed cloves of Garlic
1 bunch of chives, chopped
The leaves from 6 fresh sprigs of mint, chopped
The leaves from 6 fresh sprigs of Oregano, chopped
The juice of 1 lemon
1/2 C olive oil
4 skinned chicken breasts, or 4 Halibut steaks
Penne Pasta

Directions

Marinate for at least one hour turning a few times.  Allow the clinging herb bits to remain on the meat when grilling for extra flavour.  Set aside.

Cook pasta.  Mix poultry and pasta in bowl.  Make a second batch of marinade and mix all together. Serve immediately.

DOUBLE RECIPE SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO MAKE IT AGAIN AT THE END TO MIX INTO PASTA!!!!
