- 3 to 4 lb. Pork Roast
- 3/4 Cup apricot-pineapple jam
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar
- 1/4 Cup molasses
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/4 Cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 Cup soy sauce
- 1/4 Cup chicken broth
Place Roast in the center of crock pot. In a mixing bowl, combine all indredients and mix well. Pour mixture over the roast, cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Shred roast and allow to sit in juices for at least one hour.
