Teriyaki Kabbabs

Ingredients:

2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 c. dark brown sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. salad oil
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced


Directions:
Cut chicken into strips.
Prepare marinade: Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, ginger and garlic.
Combine chicken and marinade in a gallon zip lock bag and refrigerate 3 hours or more.
Skewer and grill.
