Triple Threat Salmon Spread Sandwiches

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Salmon
1/4 cup Mayo
1/4 cup Greek Yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1/4 cup Sour cream
1 1/2 TBS Fresh Basil
1/2 TBS Red Onion
1 clove of Garlic
Salt-to taste
Pepper-to taste

Directions: Broil the salmon and flake it into a bowl. Finely chopped onion and garlic and combine all remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add the Salmon, mix, spread on toasted bread or rolls.
