Pico de gallo

Ingredients:
  • 3-4 medium sized tomatos
  • half a purple onion
  • half a jalepeno (whole if you like it spicy)
  • handful of cilantro leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 lime
Directions:
Dice the tomato and onion, finely chop the cilantro and jalepeno, mince the garlic, add together in a bowl and mix. Pour in the lime juice and mix.
