Mochiko Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1/2 C flour
  • 1/2 C soy sauce (kikkoman)
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1-2 stalks of green onion

Directions:
Finely chop the green onion, mix with the rest of the ingredients in a
bowl with a wire whisk. Put mixture in a 1 gallon zip lock bag with
about 4 chicken breast. I usually cut the breasts into chicken strips
(quarter each breast). Put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours
before cooking.
Heat oil to 350 degrees (medium heat) and deep fry chicken for about 4
minutes. Chicken should be golden, no burned parts.
